We have the experience in taking a nice building / facility with typical developer, owner, strata, suppliers start up challenges to a successful system that runs in harmony. We have turned other resort condo rentals into a successful business. We love the property and are motivated to assist in working together towards a mutually prosperous facility achieving its goals where owners are happy and receive prompt payment for vacation rentals at market rates.
We offer to assist with positive interaction between strata, owners, suppliers so resort issues are dealt with in a sensible proven manner. Our executive staff have a deep history in the hospitality industry, from the ground up.
We have already been through this process, IE Borgata Lodge at Quail Ridge Golf Resort. We worked with owners to take the property from a very negative, poorly managed property to one of the most successful rental programs in the city.
Owners are happy, the complex is self managed, strata budgets are met. Return clients are plentiful.
We have positive relationships with past clients, businesses, event planners, travel agencies, tour groups all complimentary to what Barona Beach needs

We have cleaning and check in staff & personal assistant to get your and our clients into the condos with a 24 contact number
Our contact person will meet directly with the client, show the unit, get a form signed and arrange the check out and any cleaning or special needs. Personal assistant services are available for a fee.
We want our guests to have a super time and enjoy the resort to its fullest. Housekeeping services can be arranged with advance notice.
What makes success happen in a situation like this?
#1 - A solid plan is made with goals that are realistic.
#2 - Quality marketing is a must, Internet presence at the highest level is needed. KGS has the track record.
#3 - We will work with the private owners on dealing with all of the combination of complicated issues in running a lakefront resort.
#4 - Providing onsite Management staff familiar with the resort and clients needs. Our contact person has been at Barona for 2 years and knows most of the owners & can be at the resort in 2 minutes.
#5 - Finding suitable clientele to stay, KGS & Borgata Lodge have golfers and existing clients. Barona Beach Resort with its lakefront and marina can supply our many clients who play golf to come and check out our Okanagan Lakefront Resort and enjoy what we have to offer.
#6 - These clients are at the top end of the scale as they pay the highest price for golf there is available. They match our demographic needs. This is a win win situation as not all these clients return to just play golf.
